See staff at gift shop (which is not accessible) or call ahead to use elevator to get to the second floor museum. The museum has recently been renovated with interactive screens and exhibits which are wheelchair height. Show courts have dedicated wheelchair seating area. Outdoor grounds are primarily level.

The cobblestone entry should be carefully navigated by visitors using accessible devices. The Marble House elevator is 58 inches deep and 35 inches wide. The historic design of the elevator provides entry and exit on opposite sides on different floors; therefore a wheelchair must be turned to exit. The turning circumference is suitable for wheelchairs but will not accommodate scooters.

Elevator is 46 inches deep and 33 inches wide. This elevator will accommodate small scooters and wheelchairs. There are steps to all areas of the garden and lawn grounds.
